TURN AROUND TIME
Proofs are returned to client within 1-5 days from when they are taken, During grad season it may be 5-10. Turnaround time for edited images are between 5 - 14 business days from when the client selects images to be edited if rush edits aren’t purchased.
Extra edits and Video work is serviced later after initial packaged photo’s are returned.
Video work Can take up to 30 days to be returned BUT usually is Given between 10-20 business days.
Creative Shoots have no Time Limit if Free, Usually Within 1-2 Month turnaround if so.
RESCHEDULING
Rescheduling is $ 25 to assure the date is secured for photography and videography is $ 50 and After consultation 50% (percent) of the full amount is due. Once schedule you have 1 chance of a date change that workout for both the client and the photographer/videographer. Please be advise that scheduling date are nun refundable due to having to save that specific date for your special day. The full payment must be completed on the day of the shoot or before.
What does “Edited” mean?
The photos of course looks gorgeous out of camera but I add color correction, blemish removal, stray hair removal, sky replacement if needed, etc. I DO NOT do body modifications unless paid for in the premium edits add on. PLEASE wear your correct size.
Do You Travel?
Yes, understand travel fees will be included.
How many people can I bring to my shoot?
"I recommend a total of 2-4 people for outdoor shoots. Large groups tend to take the focus away from the actual pictures, and we end up shooting less than planned. However, it's up to you – feel free to bring the whole family if you want!
For inside studio shoots, please keep it to 2-5 guests if they are not being photographed."
TARDINESS THE SESSION
WILL BE CANCELLED IF MORE
THAN 30 MINUTES LATE. An additional $20 surcharge will be added on all sessions where client is beyond 15 minutes late. Session end times will not be extended to
accommodate client lateness.
CANCELLATIONS
If you are unable to make your photo session all deposits will act as a cancellation fee. 72 hours of advance notice of cancellation is required in order to credit the deposit towards a future session or a half refund. If not notified within 24 hours of the session the halt deposit rule is cleared and there will be no refund BUT the client can reschedule
for FREE on a day that fits the
photographers schedule within 3 months.

How do you photograph weddings?
I love being by your side to help you before your wedding day. I'll send you a guide to help you organizing your day, the best moments for the couple photos, the different lights... and it''s really exciting for me to receive photos of your dress, shoes, invites...! On your wedding day, all I want to capture is the feelings, the mood, the emotions, the calm and crazy moments and all the details that make your wedding unique. That''s why I decided to photograph non-traditional and laid-back wedding.
Where are you based and do you travel?
I'm Jefferson City based in MO and yes I love to travel! If you want me to photograph your story, it will require a travel fee, depending on where it takes place. But no worries, I always try to find the cheapest way to come because I love the way my creativity connecting with your vision.
When will we get our photos?
Your will receive an online gallery link with all your photos within maximum 8 weeks (sometimes less depending on the season I photograph your story). No worries if needed any faster turn around please don't hesitate to communicate that. You can download all the photos from the gallery but also share them, choose your favorites, and also order prints!
How many pictures will we receive?
For a 8 hours coverage wedding, you will receive between 100 to 200 fully edited images. I always choose quality rather than quantity and that's why I will choose the best and more significant photos to tell your story.
